Here at Nidsta we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but we understand that  sometimes it just doesn’t work out! Nidsta will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order.

We do not accept exchanges. If you are wanting a different colour/size you can return the items (as long as they meet the return requirements) then repurchase the item you would like using your store credit or normal payment.

Return Requirements:

  • Item/s must be returned within 7 days of the order delivery date.
  • Item/s must have all tags attached (including swing tags)
  • Item/s should be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item/s must be returned in the original unworn, unwashed condition
  • Item/s must have no stains including makeup, fake tan and must be free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. You are responsible for paying the return shipping, and we do not accept any responsibility for lost returns and will not refund the shipping fee. We recommend using a tracked service.  

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale Items
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuits

 We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the return requirements.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. YOU MUST email returns@nidsta.com with your order number, which item/s you would like to return, your full name and address, and the reason of return.
  2. We will get back to you within 48 hours giving you a return order number as well as an address to post the return to.
  3. You are responsible for paying and organising the shipment of the return. We do not accept any responsibility for lost returns and will not refund the shipping fee. We recommend using a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive the return, please allow Nidsta 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. We will email you a confirmation email with a gift card code (store credit) that you can then use to purchase items of your choice!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If your item has arrived damaged please email returns@nidsta.com with your order number, which item is damaged and attach photos of the damaged item. We will be in contact to solve the issue. Also, if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please email us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


PLEASE NOTE: Once the item has been worn and/or washed it is not eligible to be returned. Nidsta is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item once worn.
